SAP SD IT Business Consultant II

Your responsibilitiesSupport of the SAP ERP 6.0 system in the area of Order to Cash. Works closely with the Order Management, Credit Management and Pricing Controlling departments to support current functionality, process improvements, and new projects.Support of the following areas in SAP:
  • Sales order Processing
  • Logistics Processes
  • Credit Control
  • EDI and IDoc functionality
  • Background Job Processes
  • Price Determination
  • Available to Promise
  • Billing
  • Output Control
  • Key User Training
  • Configures, integrates and customizes existing IT services to meet the Business requirements
  • Assists with hardware and software installations
  • Creates and generates SAP reports where requested
  • Provides assistance in evaluating business functions to determine technical changes that can be made to improve processes.
  • Provide user training for end- and key-users for SAP Application.
  • First and second level technical support.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 Years SAP SD module experience required
  • 3-5 Years Project Management experience with software roll outs required
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with and apply defined methodologies.
  • Minimal travel
  • Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of complete Sales and Distribution module including order management, invoicing, deliveries, consignment stocks, pricing procedures, scheduling agreements, customer credit management, Inter and Intra company process, pick/pack/shipment planning, execution and freight cost, goods issue etc.
  • Very good working knowledge of Credit Control Management
  • Working knowledge of EDI and IDoc functionality
  • Experience on complex customization programs.
  • Good technical understanding at the ABAP level
  • Working knowledge of user exits
  • Ability to debug code
  • Experience with integration of other modules, MM, LE, WM & FI/CO
  • Ability to plan and deliver client-facing workshops if required
