- Execute the industrial Design of complete products for all aspects inside and out, including but not exclusive to their function, aesthetics, usability, and comfort
- Provide solutions to design issues through a clear understanding of user and market needs
- Deliver complete technical packages which supply development and manufacturing partners with all information required to understand, sample, color, material spec, create molds for, price quote and commercialize the intended product
- Working closely with product development, ensure that the margin and timeline targets of each product are achieved
- Actively engage in research of target market, industry competitors, and cultural trends
- Understand and design to the certification standards of each product category
- 5 plus years’ minimum of design experience, specializing in technical, consumer products
- Associates degree or higher
- Exceptional surfacing skills in 3D CAD or hand sculpting
- Working knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes and product development
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office
- A deeply enthusiastic attitude towards the Motocross, Mountain Bike, Action Sports industries
- A self-starter who can execute based on company priorities and multiple project timelines
