Senior Project Analyst (Program, Portfolio, Project)IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Project Analyst to join a healthcare services company baed in Irvine, CA regarding a 12+ month contract engaagement.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for statusing, monitoring and reporting of the PDS Enterprise Project Portfolio
- Facilitate project status meetings, inclusive of setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
- Maintain project portfolio tools, such as Smartsheet and Jira
- Responsible for Departmental and Executive Level Project Portfolio Reporting
- Analyze project portfolio to ensure process adherence specific to scope, time, and budget
- Analyze project portfolio to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of EPMO processes, methodologies, and templates
- Provide EPMO presentations, including but not limited to overview, methodology and reporting tools
- Assist with business case development and return on investment analysis
- Assist with benefit realization, post-deployment evaluation
- Assist Project Managers in creating and maintaining project charters, technical and architecture requirements and design specifications, project plans, service transition, and other project documentation, as needed
- Provide project management support, as needed
- 3+ Years’ experience in an IT or Enterprise PMO
- Dental, managed healthcare, or retail industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated success of analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to create visually compelling presentations
- Ability to interact with all team member levels (entry-level to Executive staff)
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, highly preferred
- Intermediate or higher skill with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Visio, preferred
- Familiarity of Jira, preferred
- Dental, Healthcare or Retail industry experience highly preferred.
