We are partnered with a client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Tableau Developer with SQL and SAS experience on a remote or hybrid schedule for the office based out of Irvine, CA. This position is a contract position for an estimated 4 months. No C2C is available, must be within 75 mile radius of Irvine, CA.
Summary: The individual in this role serves as a supporting program analytics point of contact to support mission-critical cross-functional loyalty/project initiatives to enhance our dealers' and customers' experiences while support digitalization efforts.Duties and Responsibilities:- Produce program performance, loyalty, and operational reports in support of field engagement for dealer programs
- Analyze and synthesize program results to draw key program insights and conclusions. Provide strategic recommendations to improve dealer programs and drive stronger dealer/customer engagement
- Develop data visualization in a timely manner using BI tool and analytics platforms; continuously improving presentation to current dashboards
- Maintain production schedules for timely refreshing of data and delivery to end-users/stakeholders
- Support the dealer program launches and marketing campaigns
- Perform regular operational processes related to dealer programs
- Programing software experience is required (i.e. SAS, SQL)
- Working knowledge as a Tableau developer is required
- Statistical and/or Computer Science background is preferred
- Advanced knowledge with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of data structure is desired
- Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic and growing environment with superb time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid work ethic, team spirit and dedication to excellence are essential
- Two plus (2+) years of relevant experience in Consumer Financial Services or Automotive industry
- Experience in doing data analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field. Master's degree is preferred
