- Resarch and Resolve HRIS problems, unexexpted results and process flaws
- Recommend solutions / alternate methods to meet requirements
- Support Config of Wokrday organizations, business processes, and activies (Core HCM, Annual Merit/Performance Mgmt, Bonus Plans, Integrations, Onboarding and Time/Leave)
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining and updating employee data in all HR systems as needed
- Responsible for various reports including EE0-1 set up and annual reporting to the Department of Labor
- Write/maintain/support various reports or quieries (including PTO, eage, LOA, electronic onboarding, etc.)
- Help maintain integrity in systems by runnig queries and analyzing data
- Train clients and HR stagg on new proccesses / functionality
- Provide day-day customer sevice, triage, and system support to existing and new system users
- Setup and audit various HR data
- Maintain and Monitor Employee workflows and data entry into Workday
- Minimum of 1 year experience w/ Workday
- 3-5 years of experience related to HR
- 1-2 years business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of HR process and data, espcially compensation and performance management
- Strong interpersonal skills
