Atrilogy Solutions Group is a national consulting firm headquartered in the United States. We have a strong team of recruiters based on and offshore and we are looking to expand our team in India. Our team specializes, in partnership with our Senior Account Management team, in providing functional and technical Information Technology (IT) consultants to our external clients on either a contract or direct hire basis. We are seeking a remote Technical Recruiter who has a minimum of three years previous experience recruiting functional and technical IT consultants for US based companies. Qualfied candidate should have experience in the areas of: Enterprise Resource Planning Applications (SAP, Oracle, (PeopleSoft and JDE), Workday and Infor/Lawson), Customer Relationship Management Applications,) Database Administration, System Administration, Network Administration, Project and or Program Management, Application Development Cloud, Business Analysts and Quality Insurance. The position requires the ability to interact successfully with company sales reps, create detailed job requisitions, post job descriptions on the Internet, conduct candidate research on our internal database and the Internet, source candidates from non-Internet venues, screen candidate resumes for relevant technology and functional/industry experience, conduct technical phone interviews, schedule and participate in interviews with hiring managers, gather interview feedback, extend offers to high-quality candidates, and close candidates. The ability to source, screen, and close top-notch IT candidates is critical. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting experience. Candidates should be detailed and process-oriented with great documentation skills. General computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook) and previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as well.
