Our data-driven client is searching for a Software Manager to lead technical teams and ensure deliverables are met according to time, cost, quality, and specifications.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Software Manager:
  • Manage teams of software engineers and product managers to design and deploy enterprise software products
  • Coach, train, and mentor direct reports and provide opportunities for employee development
  • Complete performance reviews/management, develop goals and assign work to staff
  • Coordinate staffing and schedule requirements across locations to ensure goals are met
  • Ensure budgets, schedules, and performance standards are attained
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning

Requirements of the Software Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in a data or software engineering role
  • At least 7 years of strong management experience
  • Experience delivering cloud solutions at-scale
  • Experience with microservices implementation
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful teams
  • Proven track record in strategic technology planning
  • Positive client engagement at senior levels
