A global leader in the science of heart valves and hemodynamic monitoring is looking for multiple C#, WPF Software Engineers to help build out their new in-house team in Irvine. They are seeking candidates from Mid level up to Staff and/or Principal level. This Fortune 500 medical device company is developing an innovative diagnostic monitoring application that will be used by hundreds of thousands of nurses and physicians to change the way heart diseases are diagnosed and treated. You will play an integral role in logic development in C# as well as GUI development in WPF. If you are an expert at C# multi-threaded development, with medical device experience and/or strong WPF experience you will be a strong contender for this position! Any development on Windows 7 (or above) embedded programs will be a strong plus along with an ability to debug code.   • 4-12+ years of direct experience in software development
  • Expert level programming skills in C#
  • Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
  • Experience with the .Net framework
  • Experience with Windows embedded OS
  • Ability to develop unit tests and debug code
  • Integration experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the full SDLC
  • Object-oriented design and methodologies
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Highly-motived and self-starter attitude
  • Strong software documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field
Desired Skills & Experience
  • BS Degree in CS, EE, IT, Systems or some other IT related program.
  • Multi-threading and/or multi-processing experience is strongly preferred
  • Task Parallel Library (TPL)
  • Experience architecting GUIs on windows platform
  • Native application development
  • Windows 7 embedded
  • Medical device experience is HIGHLY preferred
  • Networking protocols
  • Wireless experience
