Description:Project Management Experience of at least 7 yearsExperience with technical project implementations with Citrix

XenDesktop VDI implementation experience
Imprivata Tap & Go implementations (is a plus)

Experience leading large projects and large project teams

Leadership
Ability to drive project team to complete tasks
Interpersonal & soft skills

Communication

Strong written and oral communication required for WSR & Presentations to PMO
Strong leadership skills drive team to project delivery

PM Methodologies

Waterfall
Agile - We need someone who can convert backlogs into organized weekly or biweekly sprints to keep the project on track.

Certifications

PMP Certified (Mandatory)
CSM (Preferred)
