Description:- Understanding of published XenApp & XenDesktop VDI
- Ability to troubleshoot citrix related issues
- Citrix Receiver
- Citrix XenApp Console (terminating citrix sessions)
- Strong Desktop Troubleshooting Skills (Windows 10)
- Strong understanding of Server to client model
- Strong understanding of windows desktop operating systems
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Security Groups
- Strong understanding of Group Policies
- Strong understanding of Organizational Units
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- CompTIA A + Certification
- Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs.
- Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
- Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10
- Experience dealing with Citrix Receiver and Citrix Published Desktops
- Excellent communication when dealing with Clinical end users must be able to translate technical details to layman's terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and understand the criticality of the work being performed as it pertains to patient care
- Ability to clearly articulate any issues encountered to Level 2 and 3 infrastructure and network teams during implementation
- Ability to adapt easily to changes in plans with possible overnight and weekend work schedules
