Infrastructure Technical Lead

Location: Irwindale, CA

Long term Infrastructure Technical Lead is expected to lead Infrastructure Projects of varying complexities including but not limited to Infrastructure upgrade, Data Center Migration, Product replacement etc.

Experience, Roles and Responsibilities:

8+ Years of Industry experience including a minimum of 2+ years of experience in leading Infrastructure projects including but not limited to Network, Data Center Operations, Service Desk, End User Services, BCP/DR and Cloud Migration
Strong knowledge in Healthcare Provider (minimum of 5+ years) space with ability to interact with various IT and business stake holders like Architects, Project Managers and Program Managers
Experience in leading projects for voice / telephony set up and upgrades, Office 365 migration, Cloud hosting and Data Center consolidation / migration and other Software Hardware upgrade
Strong Operational Management skills in tracking and reporting SLA, KPI, Metrics and Continuous Improvement
Experience in supporting RFP/RFI/RFQ. Ability to write SoWs
Strong People Management skills – task allocation, performance management and mentorship
Strong Communication skills – Written, Verbal and Presentation skills
ITIL certification would be preferred
Bachelor/Masters university degree in Technology, Engineering
