- 8+ Years of Industry experience including a minimum of 2+ years of experience in leading Infrastructure projects including but not limited to Network, Data Center Operations, Service Desk, End User Services, BCP/DR and Cloud Migration
- Strong knowledge in Healthcare Provider (minimum of 5+ years) space with ability to interact with various IT and business stake holders like Architects, Project Managers and Program Managers
- Experience in leading projects for voice / telephony set up and upgrades, Office 365 migration, Cloud hosting and Data Center consolidation / migration and other Software Hardware upgrade
- Strong Operational Management skills in tracking and reporting SLA, KPI, Metrics and Continuous Improvement
- Experience in supporting RFP/RFI/RFQ. Ability to write SoWs
- Strong People Management skills – task allocation, performance management and mentorship
- Strong Communication skills – Written, Verbal and Presentation skills
- ITIL certification would be preferred
- Bachelor/Masters university degree in Technology, Engineering
