Looking for someone who learns quickly and moves fast. The position encompasses quite a number of responsibilities and they need someone who can keep up with the pace.Bookkeeper with 2-3 years of experience. Duties include preparation of monthly financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, as well as managing client trust accounts and working with management to research and resolve accounting and financial issues. The successful candidate will have a college degree and excellent communication skills along with the ability to respond appropriately to constant change and growth of the firm, perform and prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on attention to details, analyze and problem-solve, meet deadlines with a positive attitude, and work well with both internal and external customers. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and be able to maintain confidentiality.
