Entry Level Accountant

DescriptionAccountemps always looking to speak with entry level Accountants! The Accountant will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation.Responsibilities: Prepare monthly account reconciliations and monthly financial reports Assist with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting Support with recording payroll, tax document preparation, and bi-weekly creation of cash flow planning Aide in clerical and general administrative support as duties are assigned Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparationPlease call Accountemps at 949-365-0220 if interested or email shawn.sobota@roberthalf.comRequirements BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred At least 3 years of Accounting and finance experience Previous experience with QuickBooks Online Strong proficiency in Excel, Work and Outlook required Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail a plus Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines, and work independently Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize tasksAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
