DescriptionWe have an incredible company that is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant. The company was just named in the Top 50 World-Changing Startups to Watch in 2019 and are looking for a person to truly grow and build with the company. This firm handles design and planning for public and private markets and is an incredibly rewarding company to work for as an Administrative Assistant. If you have experience working with a start-up organization and enjoy handling all tasks that come your way, this position could be for you!Administrative Duties:
Writing and editing correspondence, letters, and memos
Editing and reworking contracts, then distributing
Fielding phone calls and redistributing
Answering questions that arise with incoming clients
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
Assist with some overflow of HR Tasks
RequirementsRequirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to research and create reports
Previous calendar managements and scheduling experience
Experience using basic office equipment and protocols
Candidate must have substantial computer experience, including use of database and customer database systems
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience (preferred)
