DescriptionOur client, a well-known company in the La Jolla Area is looking for an outstanding receptionist/administrative assistant to join their team! If you are interested in becoming the face and voice of a very well-known company then look no further! They are looking for someone to greet every visitor with a friendly and smiling face. The ideal candidate has impeccable written and verbal communication, able to multitask in their sleep, and a positive attitude to top it off. Though this role will be at the front desk, there will be many administrative matters to this role.Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant role: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving Prepare all outbound courier requests Maintain office equipment including postage meter Order office supplies, break room supplies and maintain storage areas Coordinate and organize catering and logistics for meetings Prepare workstations and offices for incoming employees Stuff/send out company checks Maintain common spaces for appearance and functionality Assist executives and employees with hotel, car rentals, and other travel-related services Assist with filing, organization, photocopying, and scanning Assist with New full-time setup, Interview schedule, first day/week schedule, desk preparation, and office tour Other duties as assignedIf you are interested, please email Laura.King@officeteam.com today!RequirementsRequirements:

2-3 years of administrative experience

Outgoing and friendly personality

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
