Job Responsibilities: Provide high-level customer service and support to existing customers. Assist clients through the loan process, from explaining the options and offerings to successfully closing the deal. Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed insight into the company's mortgage loan programs. Create and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and exceptional customer experience. Actively resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and detail oriented manner. Liaise with mortgage consultants and loan processors as needed. Document all communications accurately and organize all client-related paperwork. Requirements A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the mortgage industry. Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with mortgage software platforms. Standout administrative skills including exceptional customer service and attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
