DescriptionOfficeTeam has a great opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk in the Manufacturing industry. We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the San Diego, CA area.What you get to do every single day as a Data Entry Clerk:
Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Explore the internet for information
Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
Investigate reports and sheets of data
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
RequirementsRequirements:
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Proven typing accuracy
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of Oracle
Command of Microsoft Word
Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
