DescriptionThere is a great opportunity with OfficeTeam for a highly motivated, self-starting General Office Clerk. This position is in San Diego, California. If you love organizing and supporting an office this role is for you! This General Office Clerk will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and general clerical work. This position is temporary with the potential for possible longer term placement.What you get to do every day:
Receiving and placing telephone calls
Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Interface with customers in a friendly manner
Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing
Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment
1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
Experience with Excel
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience handling office equipment
