The Vendor Risk Analyst will be responsible for managing the Bank?s Vendor Management program in its entirety. This role will be a central point of contact and coordination during procurement, new vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance and performance, vendor offboarding, and vendor-focused cost containment initiatives. Additionally, this role will implement clear and efficient processes for vendor owners to navigate during onboarding, and own vendor risk technology administration.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of vendors
Ensure vendors abide by the terms of services outlined in approved contracts
Ensure the Bank satisfies required FFIEC Vendor Management activities
Serve as an expert administrator of the bank?s centralized vendor management and contract software
Foster strong relationships with vendors and vendor owners
Maintain prompt and consistent communication
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Vendor Management program
Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to translate Vendor Management requirements into business-friendly terminology, and the ability to effectively communicate to a diverse set of stakeholders
Maintain current knowledge of all Federal and State Laws and Regulations, along with all Bank?s policies and procedures

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED
At least 3 years of prior vendor management experience
Must have high school diploma, or equivalent, a college degree is preferred
Must be detail oriented and can prioritize and reprioritize tasks throughout the da.
Must have the ability to keep many parties updated and communication must be consistent and concise
Must have the ability to focus on immediate tasks and meet deadlines yet handle several issues simultaneously
Demonstrated experience with one or more Vendor/Enterprise Risk Management software platforms
Must be proficient in the use of Excel; Word; Outlook; Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessary requirement
Prior vendor management experience or risk management experience preferred
Prior experience in a financial institution preferred
BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTSResponsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the bank?s customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.WORK CONDITIONSStandard office environment with a moderate noise level.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
