Staff Pharmacist- Per Diem

Position Overview:Staff Pharmacists ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products within Sutter Lakeside Hospital. This position assures that the medication orders are consistent with current medical practices, F.D.A. and drug manufacturer recommendations, current literature and/or other information sources. Variations from the above and drug manufacturer recommendations, current literature and/or other information sources. Variations from the above standards must be resolved within the Medical Staff Organization in accordance with established policies and procedures. Staff Pharmacists provide information and guidance in the proper administration of medications, on the request of other health care providers.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree from a recognized pharmacy school.
