CA, CT, CO, GA, IN KY, ME, MO, NH, NV, NY, OH, VA, WI. The specific cities for the office locations can be found on our website.The Business Change Advisor Sr. is responsible for representing Anthem with external constituents, namely brokerageand consulting firms. Qualified candidates will have the ability to navigate complex organizations to further Anthem’smarket messaging.Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Facilitates and coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with consulting firms leadership and key stakeholders.

Communicate and educate consulting firms on Anthem’s program and product features, develop internaland external relationships to effectively serve as the Single Point of Contact for non-customer consulting issues andconcerns.

Develop and execute annual journey plan to reach stated goals.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 3-5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

May require project management skills.

Experience in managed care or other healthcare environment required.

Working knowledge of consulting/brokerage firms and the role they play with our Sales and Account Management organizations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated, high energy, able to set priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Intermediate experience with MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Familiarity with Salesforce and Sharepoint.

Limited travel 20-25% of the time (varies).
