RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Analyst in La Mirada, CA.
Duties of the IT Support Analyst: IT Support Analyst will resolve general issues regarding hardware, software, Cisco IP phones, printers IT Support Analyst will configure employee PC, laptops and tablets Help out across IT supporting various needs As a IT Support Analyst, you will also will work as a Help Desk Support, as this will be primary duties/responsibilitiesREQUIREMENTS: Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Support 1-2 years minimum of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Support experience Experience with MS Office 365 Experience with basic ticketing systems 1st Call resolution experience, when possible Help Desk troubleshooting experience Experience and knowledge of proper Escalation procedures Need to be able to resolve general issues regarding hardware, software, Cisco IP phones, printers Also needs to be able to configure employee PC, laptops and tablets Someone who is ambitious and willing to wear multiple hats Ideally someone who would like to eventually move up into a higher level Systems Administrator type role in the future (not immediately) Personable/friendly demeanor as will be a Customer facing role Good communication skills needed MS Intune experience is a plus Experience with MS Intune is a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
