Team sits in La Palma, CA so they need to be somewhat local and able to work CA hours but will be remote for now Reporting, Excel, and Powerpoints - this is the busiest season upcoming so you must be comfortable in high volume environments with lots of reporting and paperwork Reports into senior leadership and with 3 other admins, will support a total team of 600 people Sorts and files records and assists staff or department in performing other clerical tasks requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures. Answers telephone conveys messages and runs errands. Stamps sorts and distributes mail. Writes or types bills statements receipts checks or other documents copying information from one record to another. Proofreads records or forms.
