Title: RecruiterLocation: Remote/Livermore, CA Type: 6 months contact with potential extensions The Recruiter will be responsible for the following duties which include but are not limited to:" Using phone as primary sales tool to identify passive and hidden talent through cold calling and headhunting" Schedule phone interviews with potential candidates through social networking, job boards and your referral network" Prescreen candidates in a detailed and professional manner to ensure skills match to job description" Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers" Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications" Maintains ATS data by entering recruiting and hiring data; integrating information" Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:" 5 - 7 years' cold calling, headhunting, recruiting experience" Proficient working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)" Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)" Well versed in EEO laws" Should have high-energy and a sense of urgency" Ability to influence through articulate verbal communication skills" Strong listening skills with the ability to overcome objections" Experience with Retail Branch Banking recruiting highly desired" Must be knowledgeable of Bay Area talent market.
