Salary Range: $71,000 to $84,000 per yearPurpose of Position:The incumbent will work with HR Business Partners, Department Managers, and Business Leaders to attract and hire top talent for Foster Farms. Essential Job Functions:Source and recruit Top Talent who align with the Company's cultural pillarsProvide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all communication is clear and accurateBuilds applicant sources and pipelines, and assists in the development of the TA programsFull-cycle Sourcing and Recruiting, includes pre-boarding and on-boarding of  new Team MembersEnsure candidate record management and correspondence is up to date, timely, and accurateParticipate in recruitment and networking events; career fairs, college recruiting, internship program, and other activities, as neededProvide data and analytics on recruitment activity and effortsCreate, coordinate, and manage social media postings and employment ad placementEnsure legal compliance and practicesAssist in process improvement: training and processes to enhance the Talent Acquisition DepartmentAssist the HR Specialist, as neededAdditional support duties, as assigned
