Pay Range: $68,000 to $73,000 per year.To manage all inventory shipping to and from NCDC 1 and NCDC 2.  The intent of the position is to monitor and control all inventory held within both Northern California Distribution centers.  Min-Max levels of product codes will vary by season and this supervisor will be responsible for developing the necessary Min-Max levels for each product code for those seasons.  Oversee, modify, and manage all receiving and put-away procedures. Oversee all cycle counting at both warehouses. Ensure the Micro Hold, QC Hold and Critical Hold processes are maintained with 100% accuracy. Direct movements of frozen products within all CA locations to ensure proper product rotation and order fulfillment at NCDC 1 and 2.   Manage and improve Receiving and Put-away strategies to maximize efficiencies. Accurately process and keep records of all accounts receivable and accounts payable related to the NCDC.Ensure that all inventory reports necessary to the success of the Distribution Center are reported accurately and are distributed on time.Lead for department clerical staff, training, advanced tasks, problem resolution.Take leadership role in SAP, EWM, BW, and Crystal.  This includes training of new clerks and NCDC Supervisors, as well as other facilities when necessary.  Also includes upgrades of all systems when necessary.Primary contact for product and customer research as it relates to order fulfillment and accuracy.Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.  Closely manage the Micro Hold, QC Hold and Critical Hold process to ensure that customer safety is priority one.  Failure to comply with the Micro Hold, QC Hold and Critical Hold process could have serious consequences with consumer safety and USDA violations.Supervise and manage all employees involved with the Receiving and Put-away processes.Supervise and manage all employees involved with Cycle counting.Train all management on receiving and put-away strategies.Tracking and reporting of all unacceptable receipts from internal Foster Farms Facilities, and develop training/procedures to correct all related to shipping and receiving.Other duties as assigned.
