Candidates will fill out a paper application and an online application, by scanning a QR code using their smartphone or iPad/tablet provided by Foster Farms.
Following an interview with our HR team member, an offer for employment can be made and a drug test will be conducted along with a request for a background check.  All offers are contingent on passing pre-employment drug screen and background check. After completing the drug screen candidates will be scheduled an orientation date and time.You will need to bring a photo identification card and at least one document that verifies work authorization with you on the day of the job fair.Foster Farms is committed to keeping a safe and healthy environment for all candidates and employees.
