Design and build ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces. Write client and server-side scripts in ServiceNow. Develop and customize ServiceNow Environment as per user needs and customer requirements using various scripting technologies and web development frameworks such as ITIL, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators/developers to analyze requirements and engineer viable solutions. Review and apply additional UX/UI requirements to ServiceNow development. Utilize the Workflow Editor to configure workflows at an expert level and develop Service Catalog items incorporating automation using orchestration. Provide expertise on technical questions related to development on ServiceNow. Maintain a proficient and in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle process (SDLC), including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control, and deployment. Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows. Maintain proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and provide input on stories and acceptance criteria as needed. Work on application modules such as ITSM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications. Develop technical solutions using ITSM Suite for all IT Service Management related modules. Provide peer testing, debugging, and collaborative problem-solving methods in a QA environment. Perform code reviews and assist team members. Perform other duties as needed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management or a related field, plus five (5) years of progressive software development, engineering or related experience, developing and customizing applications, workflows and user interfaces; applying UI/UX requirements to software development; following the software development life cycle (SDLC); working with engineers to develop, test, modify and create solutions to technical problems; performing code reviews and root cause analysis; maintaining Agile/Scrum methodologies; and utilizing the following tools and technologies: ITIL, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML.
