SMS is seeking an IT Service Desk – Orders Compliance Agent to join our team on our Air Force Project. This position will work closely with providing a single service entry point for all end users supported by the customer. Establish procedures and take action as necessary to ensure distribution, receipt, and compliance with directions and cyberspace orders to assigned Government IT systems networks.

Advise leadership on completion of cyberspace orders or inability to complete assigned tasks and the operational impacts.

Maintain situational awareness and have an understanding of all networks, core services, and mission systems.

Work with the customers to identify missions impacted by cyberspace orders and recommend fix-actions prioritization.

Must have excellent communications skills.

Must have experience working with various trouble ticketing systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.).

Clearance

Must have a current DoD TS/SCI Clearance

Certifications

HDI or ITIL Foundations preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience

3-5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment. Experience within a Cyber security field preferred.
