Job Title : Cloud Enterprise ArchitectLocation : Long Beach, CA( Remote / Candidate can work from Anywhere in USA)Type of Hiring : Full time / Permanent jobRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 10+ years of experience in building IT solutions for enterprise customers across infrastructure, cloud, platforms and applications.
- At least 2 years’ experience as portfolio architect driving cloud transformation on Azure which include higher order transformation like refactor and architecture apart from rehost, remediate.
- Demonstrated experience in building application for enterprise customers for 10+ years, with experience in modern application architecture patterns like event driven architecture, API, micro services, Serverless, containers, etc.
- Strong experience as portfolio architect to lead enterprise transformation including application architecture, modernization with Azure cloud technologies.
- Solution architect level certification on Azure and/ or certification in other public clouds
- Experience in cloud platform engineering and creating capabilities for Day 1 and Day2 operations including observability platform, implementing security controls on the cloud with cloud native services/ 3rd party tools. Experience with leading Cloud Management Platform, orchestration, and Cloud FinOps tools
- Experience in optimization the solution on Azure cloud for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Established thought leader with strong credentials demonstrated through publications like PoV, Blogs, articles, etc. and active/ contributing member in forums and open-source communities.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment, experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience to Health care domain would be good to have
- Work closely with the client leadership in laying out the IT strategy and roadmap for transformation.
- Engage with client’s enterprise architecture, portfolio owners and security in defining the target architecture and getting the approval for the same.
- Evaluate the current estate for technology modernization and create a transformation plan for the IT landscape on cloud across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Provide guidance to project team in various activities like application assessment, architecture and design, application development/ migration, data migration and deployment. Also guide the team in adopting new ways of working including Agile, DevOps, automation, IaC, policy as code, etc.
- Proactive identify blockers or dependencies impacting the cloud transformation and/ or new solution development and work with the various stakeholders in resolving them.
- Be the champion of cloud technologies adoption in the enterprise to drive the business value created with technology while optimizing the total cost of ownership.
