Company.Recruiter / Recruiter Sr -Office-BasedLocations: Office-based in Mason, OH, Richmond,VA, Norfolk, VA, Indianapolis, IN , Louisville, KY, Cerritos, CA, Nashville, TNThe Recruiter / Sr. is

responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring superior

candidate experience. The Recruiter Sr. will manage the end-to-end hiring

process for more highly specialized roles. Primary duties may include, but are

not limited to:

Advising and consulting the business on the right fit,oversees the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order toacquire the best talent to meet business needs.

Functions as the talent champion that can energeticallysell the role and the Anthem brand to candidates. (The Recruiter Sr willfunction in a more targeted way.)

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process ensuringsuperior candidate experience; shepherd candidates and businessrepresentatives through the process.

Partner with human resource business partners andtalent acquisition program managers.

Serve as a single point of contact for candidates andhiring managers throughout recruiting process.

Consult hiring managers on talent needs and recommendcandidate slate.

Develop sourcing strategies in conjunction with hiringmanager and Sourcing Center.

Direct Sourcers in conducting sourcing and resumescreening processes.

Direct coordinators in supporting seamless candidateprocess.

Conduct phone screens for candidates.

Work with talent acquisition support team toensure hiring managers can conduct interviews.

Aggregate evaluation feedback for final hiringdecision.

Negotiate and close offers and communicate decisionswith candidates.

Effectively utilize available technologies tomaximize efficiency, quality, and productive.

BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing orcommunications field; 3 plus years of talent acquisition experience (5+years for Recruiter Sr.); or any combination of education and experiencewhich would provide an equivalent background.

Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewingcandidates required.

Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digitaltechnologies required.

Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging andpersuasive manner required.

Ability to partner with, advise, andinfluence hiring managers in a consultative manner to fosterlong-term relationships required.

Clinical recruiting experience highly preferred.

Experience with both corporate (in-house) andthird-party recruiting preferred.

In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in healthinsurance industry preferred.

Masters degree preferred.

Professional HR / TA Certification(s) preferred.
