In this role, you will be sourcing and selecting talent for a large production ramp up. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting; from the initial candidate contact through the entire hiring process, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and Federal/Local laws.
Requirements
Experience with high-volume sourcing and screening, preferably with production or manufacturing candidates
Creative with recruiting sources and pipeline development
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
High school diploma/GED
Immediate availability
Bilingual is a plus!
