Seeking an experienced
GIS Analyst to support Information Management applications and projects. This Consultant position requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years work experience as a GIS Analyst, GIS Developer, GIS Solution Architect, or GIS Project Manager.Responsibilities include:- Plan and coordinate GIS activities to meet outlined goals- Develop quality control standards for system application- Analyze and resolve system issues in a timely manner- Manage and support geospatial databases- Perform data capture and analysis of GIS systems- Provide technical guidance to GIS users- Assist technical team in system design and development- Create technical documentationRequired Skills: - Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online- Experienced managing satellite imagery integration to GIS systems- Experienced managing drone and aerial photography integration- Experienced with testing and troubleshooting applications and integrations- Experienced creating technical documentation- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Experience taking direction from a business analyst or project manager- Proficiency with Geocortex, Python, PowerBI, SSRS and SSIS a plus.- Effective verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills:- Bachelor's degree in related field- Strong preference for consulting- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment- 5+ years of experience as a GIS Analyst, GIS Developer, GIS Solutions Architect, or GIS Project Manager- Experience working with software vendors and GIS developersIf you think you are a good fit for this position, please don’t hesitate to apply now!
