You love juggling multiple priorities in a fun and fast-paced environment.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Maintain stable operations and execution within or exceeding SLAs for designated area(s) of applications. Manage third party vendors that provide application support, (L1-3) for supported platform applications. Proactively monitor and manage outsourced partners' performance and escalate deficiencies. Oversees technology upgrades, patches, or break fix. Facilitate incident, defect, and enhancement review and prioritization discussions with the Support organization. Provide quality and testing support for all projects involving assigned applications.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within agile teams using JIRA or similar tool. 3+ years of experience working directly with Salesforce Sales platform & having related certifications or ability to get certified shortly after joining.
