- Provides operational strategy and guidance on all technical aspects of the SFSC platform
- Provides operational strategy and guidance on customer journey, quoting & sales strategic initiatives
- Maintain stable operations and execution within or exceeding SLAs for designated area(s) of applications.
- Manage third party vendors that provide application support, (L1-3) for supported platform applications.
- Proactively monitor and manage outsourced partners' performance and escalate deficiencies.
- Oversees technology upgrades, patches, or break fix.
- Facilitate incident, defect, and enhancement review and prioritization discussion
- Provide quality and testing support for all projects involving assigned applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration on Sales Cloud, with admin certification.
- 3+ years of working with JIRA in an agile environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud Craze (or B2B Commerce), Netsuite, Celigo platforms is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of marketing applications, Sales operations and smooth hands offs between the two.
