Eclaro's client in Los Altos is looking for an Infosec/Cloud Security Engineer to join their team. This role will provide AWS Security architecture expertise, including hardening of our client's AWS system, log analysis in AWS , application security, and intellectual property securityThis role will be remote until 2021.
Additional Required skills and experience include:• Correlate data from intrusion detection and prevention systems with data from other sources such as firewall, web server, and logs• Encryption detection experience with tools such as Symantec• Notify the management team of significant changes in the security threat against the networks in a timely manner• Experience conducting security assessments of hardware/software• Spam controls and incident management experience• Endpoint security experience, Crowdstrike or similar• Review assembled data with engineering, system administrators and other appropriate groups to determine the risk of a given event• Related experience: computer forensic analysis, and data recovery; computer intrusion analysis and incident response, intrusion detection; computer network surveillance/monitoring, security operations• Monitor security alerts & threats• Ability to read security logs and identify potential threats & risks to the organization• Experience with monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic and Datadog Must have good communication and technical/functional skills• Must have the ability to learn quickly, desire to learn new technology, work in a fast paced environment and be flexible in their work• Must take initiative and provide updates to various team members and upper management• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good interpersonal, organizational, writing, communications and briefing skillsTo apply contact Jeanine Hastings and send resumes to Please, no 3rd parties, sub contractors- unable to hold, transfer visasVacancy expired!
