- Well Rounded IT Support Engineer – Level 1-2 support, including helpdesk support for company’s IT and operations staff
- Onboarding/off-boarding for employees
- Desktop support of Linux, MacOS and Windows desktop machines
- Linux Ubuntu experience – desktop support side
- Break/fix support, resolve open tickets, experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus but any ticketing system is OK
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: Level 1 troubleshooting
- Support of company audio/visual system – basic fundamentals
- Assist in supporting cloud-centric ecosystem that company operates
- Maintain the availability and security of infrastructure through routine maintenance and system patching
- Good documentation skills
- Great communication skills, customer service oriented, takes initiative
- Right attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Jira is a plus
