Our company is looking to expand further and hire a full time Accounting Clerk! This is a great opportunity for those who want to expand their skills in bookkeeping/Accounting and Finance / Real Estate within a small business setting. We are seeking someone with a solid background in bookkeeping/accounting who is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and eager to grow. Maintaining a strong work ethic along with a positive attitude towards goal-completion is crucial to our core values. REQUIREMENTS:
-3-5yrs Experience in Accounting/bookkeeping
-Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, accrual accounting, cash accounting etc
-Must be very comfortable with Numbers, Spreadsheets, Formulas and Equations
-Tech-Savvy
-Positive Attitude
-Goal Oriented
-Interested in Growing within the Company
PLUSES:
-Bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Experience in Quickbooks or Peachtree
-Experience in Yardi or Appfolio
-Interest in Property Management
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Taking charge of Accounts Payable full cycle
-Taking charge of Accounts Receivable full cycle
-Property Management Accounting
-Bank Reconciliation
-Bank Deposits
-Invoicing
-Payroll
-Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
-Mortgage Posting
-Assist Accountant with Month End process as needed
-Collection
