We are looking for a full-time Accounting/Office Logistics Clerk to join our team and help us with various financial and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for the following duties:
Do daily tasks such as bank reconciliation
Post bills and cut checks, wire, and pay bills in Quickbooks as part of the AP duties
AR duties in receiving payments, create and updating balance of customers and invoicing in Quickbooks
Filing, organizing and other clerical office duties
Help with data entry in spreadsheets such as Excel and Google sheets by keeping track of ocean bookings and following up accordingly for export
Help with keep track of ocean logistics and keep tracking of bookings and process the documents and shipping instructions for bookings
Help with updating logistics documents such as bill of lading, packing list, proforma invoice and provide customer with data regarding their shipment status
Prepare Letter of Credit documents for negotiation with the bank
Help with manager and owner with daily office tasks
Customer service with client in typing in English and Chinese via e-mail, LINE or wechat
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Fluent in both speaking and writing English and Chinese/Mandarin
Quickbook experience is a plus
Must have good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and decent typing skills (40 wpm or higher)
Fast pace, detailed oriented and follow-up skills as well as being able to multi-task
Must be able to communicate on the phone in English and have good english e-mail written skills
Must be able to multi-task and have good follow-up and organization skills
Being able to e-mail and type in Chinese is preferred
