RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead project teams through all project stages, from ideation through implementation
  • Manage and maintain the project board in Fresh Service
  • Improve the process of project intake, initial project planning, accountability on project tasks and updates
  • Work closely with IT leaders and 3rd party vendors to manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances
  • Communicate project statuses and updates to the project team and business owners throughout the duration of the project; making certain all impacted stakeholders understand risks, issues, and activities related to the project
  • Partner with BSA group, key stakeholders, and leadership team to ensure that delivery expectations are developed, managed, and met
  • Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and scope
  • Ensure project goals are in line with IT strategy and business objectives
  • Oversee the sharing and prioritization of resources among projects
  • Facilitate project-related or process meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules & materials, documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items
  • Use a proactive approach to risk and issue management, ensuring the expected project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget and scope

REQUIREMENTS:

  • IT project management experience in a mid to large size organization
  • Experience with D365 project implementation and management (High priority)
  • ITIL certification preferred (Not required but preferred)
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders
