Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage SMG Equity’s financial portfolio in the U.S.
Process payments from clients purchasing or renting properties.
Facilitate disbursements to real estate partners.
Maintain precise financial records and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations.
Handle large payments via checks, wire transfers, and direct deposits securely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience and success in accounting or finance.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle financial transactions with integrity.
Familiarity with real estate finance is highly desirable.
