We are seeking a recent college graduate to be the Assistant Operations Manager working alongside the CEO of a leading Remote Patient Monitoring company.
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO by acting as company’s Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring
efficiency and productivity
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Monitor inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands and minimize costs
Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Client Facing Support
Sales and Marketing as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management or a related field (preferred)
Experience in Healthcare Technology (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
