Production Manager – Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a Production Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to improving processes and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage daily production operations

-Set reasonable expectations (RE’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the team

-Implement and oversee Lean, CI (Continuous Improvement), and 5S principles to enhance efficiency and productivity

-Be an active working manager, not just someone overseeing from a distance—leading by example and working alongside your team

-Ensure HR compliance in work habits, behavior, and safety standards

-Drive operational success through systematic approaches and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

-Strong understanding of Lean, CI, 5S, or similar systems

-Ability to learn and perform most duties with training and guidance

-Proven work ethic, with a willingness to work a minimum of 45 hours per week as required by the business needs

-Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both the big picture and daily operations
