Customer Service Parts Counter (Long Beach)

Busy Appliance Parts Distributor looking for full time customer service person! Must be self-starter and work under minimal supervision. Able to communicate well with the customers, able to take parts orders, research and find part even when customer doesn't have a part #.

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

Sell parts to customers over the phone and in person

Assist customers in selecting parts

Maintain good relationships with customers

Qualifications:

Computer Literate

Detail-oriented

People Skills: customer service oriented

Bi-Lingual preferred
