Seeking On-Site Property Manager for 100 Unit building in DTLA.

Must have great verbal skills, heavy emphasis on customer service.

Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Email. Ability to

print/scan/fax, and text/picture message using a smartphone

Must be fluent in the English language

Must have on-site manager experience

Fair Housing knowledge is a plus

Affordable Housing knowledge is a plus

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Maintenance Experience is a plus

Compensation is a bachelor/studio apartment. Also, the possibility to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm at the building office (Flexible schedule for the right person).

Duties include - answering the phone, collecting rents, enforcing tenant rules and regulations, coordinating general maintenance, inspecting maintenance workers and vendors work, answering calls, troubleshooting resident problems, maintaining the common areas, preparing notices/posting notices, showing vacant units.
