Interviewing now and Immediately Starting January 6, 2020. The TeleCom Group will be hiring exceptional Customer Service/Appointment Setters for our boutique clients in the Construction and Remodeling field. I am looking for individuals that listen to the Homeowner's needs, concerns and are able to talk with Homeowners about their projects. As the first point of contact you must build a trust amicably and professionally. These are Homeowners that will be calling you from Magazine Ads, Yelp, Home Advisor, Angie's List etc. Absolutely No cold calling, No unverified lists, No Canvassing lists, No predictive dialer lists and NO Selling. I am looking for the personal touch and establishing trust. Reload and follow up abilities are a plus but we will train the right person.
Requirements:
Location: Ventura Blvd, between Woodley & Hayvenhurst in Encino CA
Type of Work: Telephone
Term: 90 Day Contract (Permanent Employment upon evaluation may be available)
Starting Hourly Pay: $13.50 + Commission (1st 90 day)
Weekly Paid: Every Thursday (Direct Deposit is available)
Commission: Paid on the last pay period of the month.
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and Friday 8:30am-2:30pm; Saturday/Sunday Off
Lunch: Mon-Thu 12:30pm-1:00pm; Fri 12:30p-1:00pm
Breaks: Mon-Thu 10:30am -10:40am and 3:00pm-3:10pm
Paid Training: 32 Hours in the Encino office location.
System: Must be computer literate. CRM (Zoho/Workiz ) Will train the right individuals.
Type: 30 wpm minimum.
Dress: Casual (Conducive with Office decorum) No torn jeans, Tee-shirts or sandals.
You Will have your own office.
Must speak Clear and proper English- Spanish is a plus!
Must have reliable transportation.
