We are seeking a smart, pleasant, professional and well-organized individual to join our small team for the role of Customer Service Insurance Representative. Responsibilities
Establishing and maintain customer and team member relationships
Addressing office needs in general
Listening for, identify and follow through with customers needs
Appropriately marketing our products and services
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Work closely and swiftly with team and agent to meet office goals and objectives
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to office workability everyday
Complete, maintain and follow through with all training and development
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Hourly pay, plus bonus
Paid time off (personal/sick days)
Work hours and days (Monday to Friday, (10 am to 5 pm)

Compensation: Base + Bonus/DOE
Requirements
Sales and customer service experience is preferred
Bilingual-Spanish speak a plus
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Coachability, resilience, and ability to self-generate
Proactive and collaborative in problem-solving and organizing
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others as part of a team
Ability to effectively and appropriately, listen and respond to team members and customers
Property & Casualty license needed or must be able to obtain within 45 days
Must move with a sense of urgency and love learning, training, and development
Must be able to successfully complete a background check
