Speech-Language Pathologist (Early Intervention)
We are looking for an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! In this role, you will assess and treat young children (0-3 years) in our Early Intervention program, providing therapy both in-office (Culver City) and in-home. Spanish proficiency is ideal but not required. Flexible schedule, part-time and full-time options.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy.
- Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with families to support speech and language development at home.
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred).
- 1+ years of experience with children ages 0-3.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with home-based therapy is a plus.
- Spanish proficiency is a bonus but not required.
Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
