Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions to help students prepare for SAT, ACT, and TOEFL exams.
Create individualized study plans tailored to each student’s specific needs and academic goals.
Provide constructive feedback and effective strategies for test-taking, time management, and content mastery.
Track and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment to foster student confidence.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an Ivy League institution (preference for majors in English or Education).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAT/ACT/TOEFL tutoring or teaching is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a ranking in the top 10% of your field.
Attitude: Friendly, patient, and dedicated to helping students succeed.
Additional: Graduate-level education or teaching credentials are a plus. Prior tutoring or counseling experience is also desirable.
