Join Our Team as an ADA Design Professional

About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality ADA design and ensure QC/QA during project build-outs
- Use laser scanning software to extract data and create precise site plans in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (we can train)
- Develop construction documents correcting ADA/accessibility issues
- Support construction with scoping documents, quantity takeoffs, shop drawings, and details
- Take on greater responsibility with guidance from senior staff
What We’re Looking For:
- A Team player
- 10+ years’ experience in ADA design or related fields
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADA Standards (ADAS), California Building Code (CBC), and accessibility requirements
- Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about ADA design and construction
- Architectural or civil engineering background or skilled drafter
- Familiarity with construction drawings, permit processes, and jurisdiction approvals
- Comfortable working with 3D software; Dynamo programming a plus
- Proficient in English; experience with Autodesk platforms, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam a plus
- Being a CASp is a plus.
